Nick starts things off with an excellent primer on magic to support your emotional healing work, including a great spell he learned about on Tumblr that involves a hammer and a geode - can't miss it!
Shannon covers a classic and easy to grow herb (that also might help relieve minor depression) - Lemon Balm! She also rants a bit about spiritual bypassing, the dangers of Goop, and gives an intro to Chiron (the centaur AND the comet).
