It's time to get spooky! In honor of this dreary, unsexy, time of the year, Nick and Shannon decided to lean into the creepy.

'Tis the season for colds, and flus, and general gross feelings. So this week, the witches are talking about magic to support your health and wellbeing. Nick starts with some great advice, and a how-to for a sunshine powered health spell. He also introduces us to Panacea, and they discuss how patriarchy ruined her story (along with most things).

Shannon covers a heavy hitter for all things respiratory - Slippery Elm Bark. You have to source it carefully, but this slimy ally can also help keep trash talking at bay (Shannon shares a home-brewed spell for just this purpose).
